Hogwarts Legacy is finally here! Celebrate with these DIY house sorting cake pops!
Ingredients:
- One pre-baked white cake cooked to box instructions
- money pre-baked chocolate cake cooked to box instructions.
- One can of vanilla frosting
- One can of chocolate frosting
- red, yellow, blue, and green food coloring
- white chocolate chips or white candy melts
Directions:
- Crumble your cakes all up into little crumbs.
- Separate your white cake crumbs into 4 small bowls and your chocolate cake into its own.
- Divide vanilla frosting evenly between bowls.
- Add desired amount of food coloring to each bowl and stir and mash it all up!
- Make little cake balls by getting some of different colors and swirling them together. I did red and yellow for Griffindor, blue and chocolate for Ravenclaw, yellow and chocolate for Hufflepuff, and green and chocolate for Slytherin.
- Stick each cake ball onto a cake pop stick.
- Melt chocolate or candy melts in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals stirring between each one until completely melted.
- Dip each cake pop into chocolate then allow to harden. You can lay them flat to cool, but for a prettier cake pop, stick it upright in some craft foam!
