These hobbit themed fairy gardens are perfect for keeping your little Lord of the Rings fans busy!
You will need:
- large clear plastic bowl
- soil or wood chips
- glue
- modeling clay
- floral foam
- craft moss
- small river rocks
- a tiny terra cotta flower pot
And anything else you want to use to decorate your garden with.
Instructions:
- Start by cutting a hole in your floral foam big enough to fit your little flower pot in.
- Next, flatten out your modeling clay and use your pot like a cookie cutter to shape the door. Put on a little door handle in a different color.
- Insert your pot into the hole in the foam and glue moss all around it.
- While that dries, fill your clear bowl halfway with soil of wood chips.
- Place your cute little hobbit house in the bowl and create a pathway with the rocks.
- Add moss all around for grass and finish off with whatever else you want to decorate your garden with! We added a fence, a pumpkin for a fall touch and made a mailbox out of clay!
